Owner’s Personal Story

The owner of AWS has a personal story that fuels her passion to make a difference in the lives of others. Born in Buffalo, NY, she faced challenges at an early age, including becoming a young mother and having to leave school to priortize the care of her child. With determination , she worked multiple jobs, including being a school bus driver, and eventually started her own daycare, gaining vaulable teaching experience. The daycare, called Amazing Day Care, operated from 2000 to 2006. Through personal Growth, including voluteering as a parent- teacher assistant and pursing further education, the owner recongized the need to support young – females facing challenges similar to her own experinces.
